1. Responsibility of Users
Users are responsible for the content they upload. By uploading any document, you confirm that you are either the owner of the content or have permission to share it.
2. Monitoring and Prevention
We take proactive steps to detect and block known infringing content. If a document has been taken down due to copyright infringement, re-uploading the same material is not allowed.
3. Takedown Requests
If you believe your copyrighted content has been used without authorization, please email us at support@semestersaver.com with the following:
- Your name and contact details

We aim to respond to valid requests within 24 hours.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Semester Saver enforces a strict three-strike policy. Repeated copyright violations may result in upload bans or account termination.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe a takedown was issued in error, you can send a counter-notification to support@semestersaver.com. We will assess the matter and restore content if appropriate.
6. Transparency
We publish annual reports summarizing takedown requests, successful actions, and policy enforcement metrics to promote accountability.
