Semester Saver provides a platform for university students to upload, access, and share academic materials such as past papers, notes, and study guides. You must be at least 16 years old to use our platform.

3. Uploading Content
By uploading documents, you confirm you have the right to share them and that they do not violate copyright or university rules. We reserve the right to review and remove any content that breaches our policies.
4. Unlocks and Membership
Free members receive a limited number of document unlocks per month. Additional unlocks can be earned through document uploads or by upgrading to a premium plan. Membership details and pricing are subject to change with notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and branding on the platform is the intellectual property of Semester Saver. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the website without prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading or sharing copyrighted material without permission
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or its users.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Semester Saver is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the site is at your own risk.
